The objective of the VTNE (Veterinary Technician National Examination) exam is a little bit different than other exams. The test is designed to assess what young veterinary technicians ability rather than just what they have studied. Water has begun spewing through the floodgates and will continue to crawl through the swamps of Louisiana’s Cajun country. People have been forced to higher ground while leaving much of the land under 10 to 20 feet of water. Fish were seen jumping and hurling through the white froth and the dry fields were quickly immersed under water.
